British Columbia’s power provider was looking for a way make their expansive employee intranet function. It was part social network, part online training centre, and part news outlet, but was hard to use and understand. I was tasked with piecing together hundreds of disparate page types into something that was easy and fun to use by everyone from the CEO to emergency response workers on the ground. This involved a new logo, custom illustrations, and a full restructuring of the site itself.
